Very positive experience with Dan & FL Home Builder. I highly recommend them and will certainly continue on in the future with additional projects. I reached out to Dan early on requesting a quote. He came out that day, called the engineer who was assisting with the project multiple times to discuss and presented a proposal within 24 hours. His crew was timely, courteous and worked expeditiously to complete the project within a tight time frame.

We had FL Home Builder complete a large, two-part project for a pool house we had built in our backyard. This involved preparing the slab, opening our foundation to run water, sewer and electric, and then completing all of the interior finishing. I’ve been in construction myself for 27 years and was relieved to find Dan and his workers to be knowledgeable and very attentive to the two projects my wife and I needed to take care of at our home. Their pricing was very reasonable and the quality of work is wonderful. We now have new a concrete and limestone front stairs with brick risers and a new front porch, as well as a new concrete pad with a 10’ x 8’ resin shed in the back yard. FL Home Builder is your answer to any construction projects your considering for your home or business. They are on time and on-site when they say they will be. I’m sure you’ll be as pleased as we are, I’ll have Dan and Al back in the future.
FL Home Builder built a custom home for us estimated time 12 months was completed in 11. Everything we asked for we received. All contractors were professional. Quality of work is an A+. They were recommended by a friend who had a 2nd story full addition added to their home and they spoke very highly of the company so we decided that was best way to chose our contractor. All the neighbors love the finished job and they all said that the company was well kept together during construction because there are a lot of children in the neighborhood. We will recommend them to anyone.
We were ecstatic about how our home turned out! FL Home Builder was not only clear, knowledgeable, and fair but they were very upfront about what they could accomplish and in how much time. We had so much fun while designing our home. I understand why they don’t call themselves FL House Builder.
